can I get a spay tan if I’m pregnant or asthmatic?

As a general rule, spray tanning should be avoided if you are pregnant or have any breathing problems (such as asthma) as even a small amount of lotion in the surrounding air may cause you to feel unwell. If you suffer from mild asthma it is advisable that you wear a face mask during a spray tanning application and bring your inhaler with you. A cream tan may be a more suitable choice if you are pregnant or have any breathing conditions.
